Susan is the Office Manager of the China Office. A multi-skilled individual, she oversees finance, administration, IT and Human Resources, and also provides project support.

Cola Zhong is the Project Officer on Impactt’s China productivity team. She implements on-the-ground productivity improvement projects and provides support to factories’ Industrial Engineering teams.
