Why do I enjoy working at Impactt?
I have spent a lot of time in China’s factories, and I can see the real situation in which workers live and work. This is what drives me to do this work. I believe in what we do because I know that everything is for the workers. No matter who we are pushing to dare to make changes – factories, agents, or even brands – it’s all for the workers. Through working at Impactt, I continue to draw on the productivity experience I have built up over the years, but I have also come to realize how important the focus on workers is to me.
