Jaana Quaintance
Jaana is a Senior Project Manager and manages the Middle East and North Africa office. Prior to her move, Jaana has worked in the UK team for four years. She is an experienced project manager and auditor and has lead on strategy development for large corporate clients. She specialises in:
- Forensic auditing of factories, farms and distribution facilities
- Child Labour Remediation
- Development of Management support tools
- Ethical trade strategy development and review
- Programme Management
- Training and skills development
Jaana joined Impactt in early 2005 after completing a Masters of Organisations and Social Change at City University, which looked at how organisations can affect change within themselves but also socially. Following her MA and a communications based internship, the desire to bring about practical change on the ground drove Jaana to seek out Impactt.

I firmly believe that there is no other organisation in the world that is quite like us. We are involved in ground breaking, dynamic work on a day to basis. Impactt is a constantly challenging but rewarding environment, and I am passionate both about what we do and the company itself.
