Alex joined Impactt in May 2011 as a Project Officer.

Studying Business at university with a focus on corporate social responsibility gave Alex a passion and insight into the relationships between businesses and global issues. After graduating she spent three years working in the not-for-profit sector in fundraising managing large projects for UK and international charities including the British Red Cross.  She also lived and worked in Tanzania helping a local women’s group develop a pro-poor tourism strategy for their region.

Alex joined Impactt because of the opportunity to really understand worker conditions in supply chains worldwide and engage businesses in making a real lasting difference.  She is enjoying working in such a passionate and knowledgeable team.
