Dionne has been with Impactt since 2003 and has worked and managed the UK and Asia offices whilst implementing many of Impactt’s innovative projects.  She has a special interest in improving the recruitment and management of migrant workers as well as developing leadership in organisations to improve their own businesses so they in turn can provide better quality jobs that meet workers’ expressed needs.

Dionne is responsible for:

• Strategic advice and project  management
• Developing new project concepts
• Delivery of training
• Implementing practical  solutions in worksites
• Developing our own UK and  international teams to excel in their work on the ground.

Why I joined Impactt?

I joined Impactt as I wanted to make a difference. Working here enables me to do this on a daily basis and I get the see the change we make to people’s lives. I also love working with such a passionate team who genuinely care about what they do and support each other to deliver their best; I could not imagine working anywhere else!
