Jaana  is a Senior Project Manager. She specialises in:

• Blogging and on-line content development

Jaana joined Impactt in early 2005 after completing a Masters of Organisations and Social Change at City University, which looked at how organisations can affect change within themselves but also socially. Following her MA and a communications based internship, the desire to bring about practical change on the ground drove Jaana to seek out Impactt.

Clients and project work

Now Jaana project manages one of Impactt’s biggest clients, New Look, facilitating their strategy, training and administration support, as well as assessment visits to factories and projects that seek to practically address with the root causes of problems.

Jaana is also involved in a range of other client projects, ranging from the preparation of workbooks for suppliers to workshop days for internal teams developing new strategies for ethical trade. Jaana also enjoys developing new business contacts and speaking to people about the work Impactt does around the world.

Finally, Jaana is also our resident listener, receiving and distributing amongst the team and our blog the ethical trading news of the day.
