Jane Blacklock

Jane is a Research and Project Officer and joined Impactt in November 2006. She specialises in:

  • Research and report writing
  • Legal research
  • Worker interviews
  • Project and client development

Jane holds an MA in the Theory and Practice of Human Rights and an LLB in Law and Philosophy, both from the University of Essex. Jane maintains close ties with the University, especially with the Human Rights Centre.

Jane has experience in the service and hospitality industries, as well as various representation, fundraising and campaigning roles for an NGO, her University and the Students’ Union at her University. Her role within the Students’ Union made her a trustee of the Union and a member of the executive committee, and she held a senior role within the Residents’ Support Network at the University.
