Joanna joined Impactt in March 2008 as a Project Officer.

Her work focuses on:

• Reviewing and interpreting research briefs,
• Developing reports and reporting frameworks
• Assisting the preparation of client-focused solutions.

Joanna holds an MRes International Development and a Bsc in Economic and International Development, from the University of Bath. She has previously worked as an Assistant Microfinance Consultant in Zambia, where she carried out research into sustainable livelihoods.

Why I joined Impactt

Impactt is client focused and action led, and as a company, gives me the opportunity to be a part of varied and innovative work surrounding ethical trade. I believe that trade, and how it is carried out, can genuinely alleviate poverty. Impactt gives me the opportunity to focus on these powerful issues and offer practical solutions.
