Tess joined Impactt in January 2011 as a Project Officer.

Prior to this she worked for an Energy Consultancy, were she gained project management experience and improved her analytical skills. In her education and work Tess always looked for a combination of economics and social responsibility as she strongly believes those two can go perfectly together. Hence, her work experience for a Dutch NGO focused on entrepreneurship and her completion of a master in Corporate Social Responsibility in London.

Tess really enjoys working at Impactt because she feels Impactt is exactly making the change that is so much needed with a team of very inspiring and capable people.  Tess also holds a bachelor degree in Marketing Management.
