We are recruiting a administrator to join our team in Guangzhou: Administration and Office support Officer

Post Location: Guangzhou, Guangdong province, PRC.

Job duties:

The administrator’s duties will include, but are not limited to, the following:

Administration

  • To answer all incoming telephone calls and post and deal with them appropriately
  • To maintain the contacts database as requested and to manage mail outs
  • To order all stationery and consumables
  • To go to the bank and post office as required
  • To carry out printer management

Project support

  • To manage bookings and cancellations of travel and accommodation
  • To produce and manage itineraries
  • To provide support with administration for project logistic(liaise with factories, arrange printing materials, etc.)
  • Support team to ensure factory database is maintained
  • Support use of project management systems
  • Arrange meetings

Finance

  • To generate and process supplier remittances
  • Manage and record petty cash transactions
  • Manage foreign payments
  • Compiling expense claim forms

Experience

Education level
  • An undergraduate university degree
  • Proven office administration skills
  • At least 18 months office/administration experience
