Practical written tools can make change manageable and possible for internal teams and factory managers
Impactt writes practical tools, handbooks and other written resource material to support ethical trade managers and their suppliers to implement ethical trading programmes. Our tools and systems are simple, structured and are designed to deliver real, measurable change and to achieve maximum results from limited resources. Our tools are built bespoke for each client but will build on our previous learning and experience.
Supplier workbooks can help factory managers to self assess their performance against local law and customer standards, with hints and tips of ‘what good looks like’ and advice on how to manage certain issues, to motivate and support improvements.
Audit/assessment tools support internal staff to carry out on-site assessments of production sites. These can include a summary of country law and ‘issues to be aware of’ and questions/guidance for visual inspection, document check, management and worker interviews.
