Impactt works with companies to develop ethical trading strategies and programmes that work with existing internal systems, meet the needs of the organisation and focus on making real improvements on the ground in a way that is targeted and achievable.Impactt often acts as a facilitator for strategy brainstorming sessions, which are particularly useful when organisations are either in the embryonic stages of developing their ethical trading strategy or when they are looking to change direction or move their programme onto the next level.We also work with companies to review and improve their current ethical trading strategies and programmes through the use of interviews, document reviews and ‘shadowing’ ethical audits to assess how effective the programmes are and where they can be improved.We support companies to assess where there is greatest risk and therefore enable targeted, efficient and effective use of limited resources.
